If people would help or encourage me instead of putting me down and telling me I’m making mistakes all the time maybe I wouldn’t feel like crawling into a hole and wasting away. I feel like none of this needs to be so difficult. I just want a breather. A few days, a week maybe, to just be okay with where I’m at and not constantly reminded that I’m never good enough. I’m okay with myself and what I’m doing right at this moment, why isn’t anyone else? (Also being okay with what I’m doing now is a reason people tell me I’m not good enough. I don’t “want to be better” goddamnit I just want to be happy for a minute.)
